OUR PROCESS
WHAT YOU WANT
First, the designer may meet with you to discuss their requirements, preferences, and any specific design features they would like included in the piece. This step is to determine exactly what you have in mind, including measurements, materials, colors, hardware, and style.
THE DESIGN
Next, our designer will create a sketch or drawing of the piece, to scale. The sketch will then be presented to you, along with a quote, for feedback and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the final product exceeds your expectations.
QUALITY FINIISH
Once the design is finalized, the carpenter will begin the construction process. This involves milling, cutting, shaping, glueing, assembling and applying finish to the piece all according to design.
THE PERSONAL TOUCH
Throughout the construction process, the carpenter will keep you updated on progress with pictures(via text, email, etc.), or if you choose you can come by the shop and check it out in person! (by appointment only)
Once the piece is completed, you will have the opportunity to inspect the piece and provide any final feedback or adjustments if necessary. Once you are completely satisfied, the piece(s) will be delivered and carefully installed if neccessary.
